Our History
Founded in November 2019, We Protect Security was established to deliver professional, reliable executive protection and secure transportation services across Mexico.
Our leadership team brings over 25 years of combined experience in private security operations, administrative management, and senior-level military service within specialized U.S. units. This foundation reinforces our disciplined planning, structured risk assessment, and operational oversight standards.
Since inception, we have supported multinational corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and private clients, adapting our services to meet varying risk profiles and operational requirements. From corporate travel to higher-risk environments, our focus remains consistent: discretion, reliability, and measurable security outcomes.
We Protect was built with careful attention to operational structure, personnel standards, and long-term service quality. Guided by experienced mentors and industry best practices, we developed a model centered on professionalism, continuous improvement, and personalized client support.

Chuck Nicholls
Chuck has served as President of We Protect Security since its founding in 2019. He brings over 14 years of service in U.S. Air Force Special Warfare, where he developed extensive experience in operational coordination, risk assessment, and leadership in complex environments.
His military background informs a disciplined approach to planning, oversight, and execution. As President, Chuck oversees strategic direction, partner relationships, and operational standards to ensure reliable, professional support for international clients operating in Mexico.
Chuck combines field leadership with formal business education, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from American Military University, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in International Business (MSIB) from the University of Colorado Denver.
